  • Can I use a P. O. Box for my shipping address?
    Due to security purposes we do not ship to P.O Boxes or processing centers. You will need a physical address. If the address can not be validated your order will be canceled. This helps with reducing fraudulent activity.
  • Do you accept returns?
    No, it is the nature of business. Please click to view our return policy before purchasing.
  • What are my shipping options?
    As of now, the only shipping option is USPS standard first class.
  • How come I received an email with tracking numbers, but not an update?
    When orders are processed the tracking numbers are issued along with an email that reads “your order has been shipped”. Most of the time the shipping labels are created and the package is shipped within 24 to 48 hours depending on the influx of orders. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier the tracking number will update and you will be able to see tracking updates.   • What’s the processing time on orders?
    Processing time is typically 1-2 business days. That time can vary depending on the order influx, verification process, and how long a customer takes to respond to correspondence.
  • Will I receive my package prior to my trip/vacation or event?
    We highly recommend that you give yourself enough time to receive your package. Some things are out of our control and shipping or delivery times may be delayed. If you are pressed for time we suggest that you not order with us or wait for another time that is more suitable for our shipping range. We love our customers and would never want to put our company name out to be unreliable and cause disappointment to our customers.
  • Can I make any changes before the package is shipped?
    To confirm, all sales are considered final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Our team strives to process orders efficiently. We encourage customers to thoroughly review their orders before completing the checkout process to ensure everyone is satisfied.
  • What’s your shipping policy?
    Please refer to the Shipping Policy. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days after an order has been processed. You will receive an email after your order is processed.
  • Can you pick up orders locally?
    All orders are processed on our website and shipped out to the verified provided address. We do not allow pick-ups. However Biedemi is active in our community and tries to participate in our community when we have the capacity. Please follow us on Instagram for updates!
  • Are orders processed on weekends and holidays or during unprecedented times?
    No, as we honor our holidays as most of the staff and customers look forward to celebratory moments. We do not process or ship during those times. We only process orders during normal business hours. We respect unprecedented times. In the case of a natural disaster or unprecedented times in our area and we are forced to shut down business operations, orders will not be shipped out until we are presumed to reopen for business. Customers will be notified immediately if this happens to occur.
  • Will my package update that it’s been delivered?
    Yes, however, after a package has been handed off to the carrier we are no longer responsible for that package. To investigate a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS ASAP! This will allow them to promptly start the claims process. Please reach out to us If you need any information about the shipment. We will be glad to assist. Remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages safety they have been given to the carrier. A refund will not be issued.
  • Can I cancel after my order is submitted?
    To confirm, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders cannot be canceled after ordering. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. We encourage our customers to promptly review orders before checkout.
  • How long does it take to receive my package?
    Orders are usually shipped out in 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. If additional verification is needed the shipping can take a little longer. Orders are only processed during normal business hours. Please refer to our Shipping and Verification Policies. As processing time is one of our top priorities. Delivery times may vary depending on your local USPS. It can take up to five or six days for delivery.
  • Can I dry clean my canvas tote?
    Only recommended to hand wash or spot clean. Any other actions are at your own discretion.
  • How often do you restock?
    Restocking is determined by product demand. To ensure you never miss a restock click on the “NOTIFY ME WHEN RESTOCKED''.
  • Are the canvas totes washable?
    Canvas tote bags MUST be spot cleaned with clear mild soap and water. It can also be hand washed with clear mild soap with a soft bristle brush. To dry it follow these instructions: Do your best to avoid direct sunlight DO NOT MACHINE DRY Lie flat or hang to dry During this process do not ball up, crush, or fold. Following these steps will reduce the risk of permanently damaging your tote.
  • What material is the tote made of?
    Our Load Lifter tote is 90% Cotton Canvas, 10% Polyester. More information can be found on specific product pages.
